Calculation of the phase-transition point in an optical parametric amplifier

Abstract

The phase transition point for sub-harmonic generation of an optical parametric amplifier was calculated; this is the point at which squeezing of the sub-harmonics is maximum. This was done by numerically solving a system of coupled integral equations.
