This report identifies key adverse factors affecting concrete placement productivity. The camcorder method provided an accurate and reliable data base from which the labour utilization factors and production rates were determined. Production rates were modified to display the affects of delay on productivity. Worker momentum was considered as a secondary adverse affect on production rates. Worker reallocation on site was observed.
