q u a l i t y road c o n s t r u c t i o n m a t e r i a l s have made s y n t h e t i c g r i d s a
v i a b l e a l t e r n a t i v e f o r t h e c o n s t r u c t i o n o f new roads and t h e
r e h a b i l i t a t i o n of o l d ones,
A r e v i e w of t h e r e s u l t s of 1 aboratory and f i e l d experiments
i n v o l v i n g GlasGi\id pavement r e i n f o r c e m e n t mesh and Tensar
geogrids was performed, and t h e economic and performance b e n e f it
p o s s i b l e from using these grids were analyzed.
