Over the past few years, enrollment at the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton has continued to rise. This continual growth of student population challenges UNBF to provide the same level and quality of services that were available to students in the past. This report focusses on the development of the wooded area located south of the Student Union Building. This site is ideal for new development in the form of improved and expanded parking facilities as well as possibilities for expanded residential and other services such as an athletic field house.
