Abstract
h i s r e p o r t presents a p r e l i m i n a r y design f o r an i n t e r c h a n ge
f o r Route 95 and t h e T.C.H. The interchange design process i s
discussed and s e v e r a l topographic c o n s t r a i n t s such as p r o p e r ty
boundaries, adjacent land use and t e r r a i n , as w e l l as t h e p h y s i c al
c o n s t r a i n t s of Route 555 and t h e e x i s t i n g interchange are
c o n s i d e r e d . A f e a s i b l e p r e l i m i n a r y design i s presented and
a t t a t c h e d t o t h e r e p o r t i n map form.
A l s o , t h e highway design package EMXS i s i n t r o d u c e d and
discussed w i t h r e s p e c t t o i n t e r c h a n g e design.
