dc.description.abstract | In this thesis, a static load balancing model for CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) solvers is proposed. The proposed model is implemented and its performance is analyzed on EXN-Aero CFD Solver, a CFD solver owned by UNB. For some meshes and arrangement of resources, the proposed load balancing model is 70 percents faster than the previous load balancing model. Some of the features of the proposed model are generalizable to other applications. | |
