This supplementary report disaggregates graduate retention data from four New Brunswick universities (UNB, UdeM, MTA, STU) by immigration status from 2010–2018. It highlights that Université de Moncton consistently retains the highest percentage of both domestic and international graduates, while Mount Allison University retains the least. Notably, international graduate retention rates have increased at UNB, particularly post-2017, likely due to policy changes such as international student eligibility for Medicare. These insights inform policies and initiatives aimed at enhancing graduate retention in New Brunswick.
